At Idea Holidays, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist with any refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Flights: Refunds for flights are subject to the airline’s refund policies and fare rules. Non-refundable tickets may not be eligible for a refund, but changes may be allowed depending on the airline's terms.
  • Hotels: Refunds for hotel bookings will depend on the cancellation policies of the respective hotels. Refund requests should be made within the timeframe specified by the hotel.
  • Tour Packages: For customized or group tour packages, refund policies vary based on the specific terms of each booking. Please refer to the terms of your package for more details.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days once eligibility is confirmed, and funds will be returned to the original mode of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
